These terms apply to all affiliates promoting Mavericks University.
1. Enrollment in the Program
By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application.
2. Commissions & Payouts
By using our Services, you confirm that:
Affiliates earn 50% commission on each successful sale through their referral link.
Payouts are processed biweekly via PayPal.
The minimum payout threshold is $10.
Refunds and chargebacks will result in commission reversals.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must:
Promote products honestly and ethically.
Use only approved marketing materials.
Disclose their affiliate relationship (as required by advertising laws).
Affiliates may not:
Engage in spam marketing.
Use misleading or false claims.
Run ads claiming to be Mavericks University.
4. Termination & Violations
Affiliates found violating these terms will be removed from the program and forfeit commissions.
Mavericks University reserves the right to terminate any affiliate for any reason.
5. Liability & Indemnification
Affiliates operate independently. Mavericks University is not responsible for any liabilities, damages, or legal claims arising from an affiliate's marketing practices.
6. Updates to This Agreement
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation indicates acceptance of any changes.
